I own a Pinto 1980 with 2.3l and 4speed manual tranny. Does the 5 speed tranny from ranger is bolt on (for sure the ranger had the same kind of motor).

Does a Ranger with same motor is a good deal to buy for pinto spare part ?.

Hello Erakiel81,
I can not recomend the Ranger 5 speed tranny.
The shifter is located too far forward for the Pinto.
