Title: the end of an era
Post by: kitt321 on March 05, 2006, 07:40:51 AM
I have been the proud owner of a 78 pinto for the past 8 years. Over those years there have been some proboblems with it, but mostly good times, alas 2 weeks ago i decided to sell the old girl so i could buy my dream car, a 1981 delorean, so i sold the pinto and now have the delorean that i always wanted. kinda sad in a way but who knows i might end up buying another pinto i the future.

I think it's very important to follow your dreams (goals), even if that means you have to sell a pinto. There are priorities in life, and then there are fun toys; Have your dream toy.

Set the pinto free, if it tracks you down and haunts you.....   get another one when you can, paint it silver, and install a flux-capacitor.

WELLLLLLLLL,since we're on a roll here, how about convincing Ford that they should build a pinto with a 2.3 turbo and have it as an SVO model. The Pinto that ford should have built.Enjoy the DeLorean :fastcar:

Yeah, he is a " guest" now. Jeff I'm sure you will be getting a PM when he finds out. Or it could be that he took himself out because of the intense pressure??
