I got a free motor from a co worker. He said that it was a build up inside. I saw the sand rail that it was going into. it should be real but I took the block serial numbers, 6h28 and D6EE6015-AA so if anybody can help that would thanks. o ya the motor is going in a rear wheel drive festiva.
im not sure what it is but its a 76 block due to the code that you gave saying D6
I know it is very common to install 2.3's on VW trannies, so it is most likely a 2.3 that he has. I know they cast a few different "years", but until he needs more info.... does sound like a kool swap/install.
