will a ranger roller cam head fit on a 71 2.0, the one with the 3 tower head?

The 2.0 and 2.3 are totally different.

I've had both & they are different . I had a 2.0 in a '73 Pinto Squire wagon, then I've had a '74 runabout, a 76 wagon, and a 79 wagon , And a '80 wagon, all with the 2.3
