Do the 2.3 and 2.8 have the same bellhousing pattern? Will the flywheel off the 2.3 work on the 2.8?

Nothing is the same between the two. Bell pattern different, starter on the other side, and flywheel, all different. Radiator is also different as hoses install on opisite sides. I'm sure there is more but this will give you an idea. Very doable swap though.

it will bolt right up to the motormounts with no trouble. That's all i can promise. It's not hard to do.
