Title: brakes
Post by: darrel1 on November 11, 2003, 06:37:29 PM
Okay heres the biggy.   My brake failure indicator light does not come on when i FIRST TURN THE KEY.
Would the cause be in the proportioning valve?

I just changed out the dash bulbs, with good used ones.   The back if the dash looks good, at least it didn't disintergrate in my hands like to original.

Would any body know which tab in the plug in module
would be the brake circuit.  The wiring diagrams that
I am using are really small, and imossible to read.

I would really like to get safteied this week end.
but the brakes are a real sore spot.

Thanks

Darrel

I can't give you a specific pin, but the wire is red w/yellow hash mark. the other side is pink-white and Lt green w/red dot. this is from my trusty haynes manual.  ;D
