Hi there fellow Pinto-heads.
I used to be one you...unfortunately my much beloved 1980 Mercury Bobcat wagon was creamed by a drunk driver while she was parked :( .... rear-ended by a Chevy 1500 (doing maybe 35 or 40). Now I am trying to get a fair value from the insurance company. The problem is, I don't know how much the car should be worth, and I think their estimate of a measly $500 is a rip-off.
It was a 1980 Bobcat Wagon, manual 2.3L. Only 156k miles, great condition, well-maintained. I am wondering if anyone knows a ballpark value, or even the value of their own Bobcat/Pinto, even if its a few years/miles off.
YOUR HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
