Those parts do not exist NEW so what's the point of having the part number?

Hey gpinto2:

Call up Green Sales Company and they will give you the part number and if they
have the item in stock as NOS.

I have over 5000 NOS Ford Pinto parts.
I bought up "lots" of parts from 3 different sources.
I only had 3 NOS dash pads.
0 kick pannels.
0 door pannels.
and very little weatherstripping.

Not to say that I have more than Green sales just that in an average of 5000+ parts I doubt that much remains for the Ford Pinto.

Hey Pintony:

I agree with you on those particular items, they do not exist.  I was just providing
a way for gpinto2 to get those part numbers for whatever reason he wanted them
for, not to step on your toes.

Hey 77pintocw,
I do not think you are stepping on toes.
I wish that my Microfishe reader had the correct lense to read my parts microfiche.
It just takes too long to look in the book for every part number.

I just like to give a reality check now and then to the prospect of restoration parts.

When I have contacted Green sales, They want ME to provide Part numbers to them so that is why I figured  gpinto2 wanted the numbetr in the first place.
Maybe Green has changed their format???

Hey Pintony:

Yeah, I know what you mean about the fiche.  I've got the master microform
parts catalog and numbers for 73-79 Ford cars.  However, the form is soooo small
I need a microscope to read it.  I can't a fiche reader with the right lens either.

That's interesting about Greens sales, they ask me what I want and they go find
it and give me the part number.  Maybe they know it's you (Pintony) and so they
figure you've got all the numbers.  Sounds like you get the special deal from Green's.   ;D

Never hurts to give the ole reality check now and then.

Well I know these parts a probably not around anywhere new and the point of having the part numbers is it could help when I go to a salvage yard where a guy has lots of parts he is pretty sure came off a Pinto.
