Title: rear seat fitment
Post by: r4pinto on September 28, 2005, 11:07:34 PM
I am looking to replace the torn rear seat in my 77 sedan, & was wondering if a rear seat from any other rear drive ford would fit in the Pinto sedans?

If anyone knows or has tried, please let me know..

Thanx

Matt
you can try the one in the 78 parts car. I'm not sure how it would fasten.

The 'stangII should be the ONLY other car that could donate it's rear seat. At least as a direct bolt in. I always liked the late 80's Dodge daytona pacifica's seat setup of buckets in the back. I've never looked at it, but it COULD be doable. I keep my eyes out for these in the yards as my backseat looks like someone tuned a bobcat loose in the car then turned the water hose on it!
