Here is one source advertising 1972 springs, there may be others.  Suggest contacting them to see if it changes ride height or ride.https://racerwalsh.com/product-category/suspension/pinto-71-73/front-coil-springs-pinto-71-73/

It is a bit of work but Moog has a spring catalog. You MIGHT find a similar length, wire size, weight intended spring. I know that 71-73 front ends are different but 74 and up springs might be close but likely elevate the car in the front (because they carry extra weight) and cutting the spring to lower it back down stiffens it (even more). For $ I hear that springs can be made to order. Pinto's (early Pinto's in particular) are very much becoming a 'hunt, adapt, R&D, test' situation to keep them on the road. MAYBE you can find a rare NOS set out there in the wild - but I wouldn't count on it.

The rear leaf springs can be re-arced. But they are known to break even in general use so that might be done with caution.

I want to say I have later Pinto springs in my 73.  I did cut them though to get the ride height I desired.  Maybe someone else can chime in.

That's what I did. 1977 springs in my '72 and cut them to get the ride height I wanted.
