Does anyone know where Dave's cars are and who bought them? I was hoping to see an update somewhere but remain curious. Anybody know anything?
Scott had posted up front (where he had put the information about the need for a buyer) who bought the cars, but not sure if it is still there. and I don't remember who he said bought the cars.
Not something I really care about so I didn't pay attention.

When the website reopened Scott posted a banner across the top. It said he was unable to reboot the way he wanted. He also gave the info on the cars and who had them. I did not know the name of the buyer and therefore do not remember it. He said everything was collected except a T-bird turbo engine, which was available free to anyone who could transport it.
I never saw that banner, bummer. I'm very interested in knowing where these cars are and who owns them.
Not sure how I will find this info out.....
They went to the fellow in California who owns the Disco Pinto (the one covered with pieces of mirror) - can't remember his name off the top of my head, but if I think of it or run across it, I'll come back and post it here.
Dwayne :)
Thanks!!
I keep hoping to find out who bought Geraldine.....someone on this site knows....any assistance from anybody?? I emailed the admin but no response.

Mike Parente, from California purchased Dave's cars. He is a Charter Member on our site known as 'coolcarzmike' (https://www.fordpinto.com/profile/?u=3113). He has an incredible collection of many cars including several NICE pintos. He is currently building a new house with, yes, a special garage to house his collection. I'm shure he will share photos at some point.
