Since my car was hit just over three weeks ago, the lowlife that ran (and I caught) finally coughed up a grand when I threatened to start a civil suit.
I can finally get repairs underway, but as a case of "while I'm in there" I thought I'd start work on a full blown exterior restoration. The two major hurdles are thus:
1) Who would be (if any) providers to supply the sticker wrap for the exterior trim moldings that surround the wood sticker?
2) The common door rot below the handle that gets between the sheet metal (due to trapped water) needs to be cut out. Does anyone supply skins?
I also need another replacement LF fender with the trim holes. I can't find one anywhere and be damned...one was still in the yard three months prior to the screwup by other said party.
Thanks for any help all and keep 'em running!

I don't know of anyone who sells the vinyl for restoring those trim pieces but check www.woodgrain4wagons.com and you'll find that they offer professional restoration of those pieces. It's not cheap, but their quality is hard to beat. That being said, you may be able to find a local company that prints their own vinyl wraps which would probably be much less expensive. Let us know what you find out - my '72 Squire could use a little TLC in that department as well.

I don't know if the door patches talked about by phils toys at the bottom of this thread

will work for you or not.

Yea, I looked at that and I'm not sure if this is a "regular" company, or not especially with "orders" going that a patti10@aol.com . I mean they may be legit and decent products but there were never any samples posted, prices etc.. So, were they one off items IF someone wanted one, they were made to order??? BTW, I looked up FAB, Fab is Back In Full Swing. FAB Pinto Panels, FAB Monza Panels and any other term I could extrapolate from the post as a potential website. There was nothing. I guess if anyone had interest they need to contact "Patti," - whomever she is???
Suggest you pm phils toys. He is a good guy and probably the only one here that can answer your questions.

I would second that recommendation . I would trust them if Phil vouches for them. As for woodgrain4wago ns, we've had members here do business with them and were well pleased.
