Title: Exterior door handles for pinto HELP!

my 78 pinto wagon is missing the button on the driver door handle and have had zero luck trying to find a replacement. i did find the original nos part number for the handle is ( D1FZ 6222405-A ) but i do not believe that it comes with what i need. thank you in advance

Looks like there is one on ebay now with a very close part number.    Nos 1971-1980 Ford Pinto outer door handle.
