As the title implies, will wagon leaf springs fit on a hatchback? Mine is a 76 Bobcat MPG Runabout and I want wagon springs for a better stance. I know the springs A and B measurements are a little different, but do they interchange? Thanks.
Can you define what you mean by "better stance?" The reason I ask is that the wagon seems to sit like a hatchback from my perspective. So, it may be that they don't elevate the car any, they just resist (extra) weight - more. Also you will have to use an extended shackle to (properly) install the spring. It may be that installing them at the hatchback spacing (if even possible) would elevate the car but I would be careful to look for the spring binding as it seems the swing rate of the shackle would be accelerated.
My apologies. I had asked this before. I did a search after I posted this thread and found it. It appears the two springs are not compatible.
By better stance, I mean to give the car a little rake from back to front.
