These pictures are on my 72 White car - disk spindles.

Different bolt pattern for the backing plate & holes are threaded.

Worked "free" for you today !
Couldn't have a dirty DRUM spindle to work with - sand blasted & primer ! LOL !

Note backing plate holes in different location. Also, not threaded.

However, the caliper bracket works.

Due to no threads in the spindle the bolts are too short to work well. I'd (try) and find the proper ones & longer.

Kit number of the one I have : 140-1013-B

Kit instructions also tell you to use their Wilwood high temp fluid 570 degree of higher.
NOTE: DOT 5 brake fluid NOT recommended for racing or performance driving.

I also have the Wilwood brake line kit : 220-8307 - not on yet.

It is my hope that someone that has done the Granada brake swap can add to this topic. All the details, year(s) and part numbers. Pictures would be awesome !

Strange also makes a kit: http://www.strangeengineering.net/front-brake-kit-ford-disc-spindles-4-75-bc.html

Wish they showed all the parts....

Happily surprised to see aftermarket support for the early Pinto spindle and even the drum spindle.  Thanks for the research and sharing.  As for a Granada disc installation on early disc spindles, see the thread below by TurboPinto72.  On page 2 of the below thread there are missing photos of map351's similar Granada disc installation using JFZ calipers.  I saved copies of the photos before they disappeared and can email them to who ever wants them.

Good thing about the Wilwood kit, says it shaves over 30 lbs off.

My kit must be an older one - rotor is solid.

Good point (I should read more).

If memory serves.....when I got the car with the 302w & T-5 it's weight was 2675 ? I do not remember if that was with me in it though.
Will weigh the car when road worthy.

It will weigh more now with the B2 & T-10.

FYI - the bolts for the caliper are 1 1/4" & need to be 1 1/2" (then cut down/filed etc) to fit like instructions state.

Their (flex) brake lines may be too long - will up date later.

Installed, brakes bled - now waiting for new rims & tires.

Yes, there is a drip pan under the engine. Got some reason the copper gasket on the oil drain plug leaks - I have new plastic ones to change it out, next oil change.

You can see I had to eliminate the frame L bracket & connect right to the brake line. The Wilwood flex line will rub on the tie rod & other parts without a 90 , and I could not find one at Bumpers or NAPA - they looked in their books & couldn't find any that was needed.

As can be seen in the pictures, the rotor is solid. On the Wilwood site it shows drilled & slots (?).

Mine may be an older kit ? Has 10.75 as the measurement.
It should have been 11.25 to fit the pads properly though.
As can be seen in the pictures below, there is room under the rotor for that size.

(http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v140/DerrickJB/Blue%2072/IMG_0760_zpsk3lkyjpz.jpg) (http://smg.photobucket.com/user/DerrickJB/media/Blue%2072/IMG_0760_zpsk3lkyjpz.jpg.html)

(http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v140/DerrickJB/Blue%2072/IMG_0761_zpsjvz2buoc.jpg) (http://smg.photobucket.com/user/DerrickJB/media/Blue%2072/IMG_0761_zpsjvz2buoc.jpg.html)

So. In my opinion, better engineering should have been done.
I will not buy these again.....
