Was not aware there was a product specifically for fixing padded dashes. Looks like a good option! Thanks, Dick!

Seems like it would be easier and quicker than using that expanding foam.

I think your odds of success are greatly improved any time you approach a task with a product intended especially for that task. If I needed to repair a dash, I would definitely give it a try!
