I'd say he might stand a chance of getting $5000 for it.  Can't see it fetching anything close to the asking price!

That is my old Pinto. It is a great car, and in good original shape, but it is not worth $11K. At the most maybe $5500

Maybe his wife made him put it up for sale, and this is his way of not selling it? ;D
Yes, I have devious thoughts. I tend not to actually do it, but I do think of them. ;D
