Hey all,
My 2.3 Pinto Wagon obviously has a bad dist. because I get some backfire and will most always blow up a muffler. The yards are picked clean and I get laughed at when I explain that I'm looking for Pinto parts (just makes ya wanta spit). What's the best resource for a good remanny'ed distributor? I'm 90% sure that the Mustang 2.3 engine would be able to donate a usable distributor. Any thoughts? Help? Please? Wanna drive the pony before summers over.

Uhhhh, have you heard of Autozone, or Advance Auto Parts? There was a parts store called NAPA, but I dont know if they are still around anymore.
