A 73 Bobcat ... with a 71 hatch?
That's a 74-up core support. The big tail lights make me think it's a 79 or 80 Pinto or Bobcat body. I'm not sure if the pop out windows were still available those years or were just added. The hatch is 71 & I'm betting so are the bumpers & rear pan. The rear bumper filler looks like a cut down 79-80 since 71's didn't have a filler & 77-78 are wider than 79-80. The frontend was Bobcat & the tail lights, sport wheel, tach dash & gauges suggest a 77 Sport was stripped of those.
I'd love to strip it for parts 8)
So its a 71,72,73,74,75,76,77,78,79 automobile.... :o
The seller must have got it One Piece at a Time 8)

Oh, you're not! But what is there left to say? Your post summed it up perfectly!
Dwayne :)
"One piece at a time, and it didn't cost me a dime" I got you meaning right away! An apt analogy of the Pinto/Bobcat!
Ok lol, I was worried for a minute that my reference was answered by the sound of crickets.
