Title: Need Help Bad
Post by: WVBobcat77 on July 07, 2005, 06:18:50 PM
OK Guys here's the deal:  I need someone to finish my 77 Bobcat for me.  Being disabled I'm not going to be able to.  I have everything I need that I want to do to it.  I don't have much money left after burying my wife and trying to get my finances straightened out.  They'll have to be within 4-500 miles of WV.  I do have a 78 Pinto with the factory V6, that needs a little work that I would give to whomever, to help defer costs a little.  If I can't get this car done pretty soon, I'm going to have to sell it at a HUGE loss.  I already have @ $5000 init as it sits.  If anyone knows anyone who would be interested in helping me out, please call me @ 304-745-3101 or email me @ wvpinto78@msn.com.  I sure wish they had something like OverHaulin or Pimp my Ride on this end of the country.
Thanks for any help,
Bill in WV

I just can't believe as close as we are on this board.  That no one would be willing to lend a hand with this project.  I've got too much money init to scrap it.  There's just no one around this area that does restorations and I can't do it my self.  Please someone help me here.  PA, Ohio, MD, Va., KY. anyone in these states?

Unfortunately, the only good shops I know of are in Shelton, WA. A long ways from you, my friend. Be patient, there may be someone who can help.

I'd LOVE to help, but it may be oct/nov before I can do anyhthing on my OWN car, besides drive/maintain it. I'm in Tenn, & if you're willing to wait awhile I'm willing to help, or get you some reasonably priced help locally. E-mail me off list with pics of your progress & I'll see what I can do. I know a guy who's off on a personal leave who does GREAT work for reasonable $$. I do most of my own work, but if I get into something I don't have equipment to do, I get this guy.

I might be able to help, im fairly close to the PA line(Just north of where 70 cuts down to go to maryland), how much do you need finished on your car?  Let me know what you need done, I would be interested in the 78 v-6 car.  :o No it wont become a dirt tracker,  (unless it doesn't have a title).

Hi Guy's,

If I can't get help getting this Bobcat back together and on the road, I'm going to have to sell it and take a HUGE loss on it.  Is there anyone in the states close to WV that can help me????

What needs done?
What parts do you have to do it?
Do you have the additional$$$ to finish it?
Do you have a way to get it to south central Ohio?
And most importantly, how big of a hurry are you in?
