I got an email tonight... for you California Pinto Peeps :)
Hi,
My office is planning a Centennial Gala Celebration for the Sacramento Rotary Club. We are borrowing several cars from Towe Ford car museum in Sacramento, but they do not have any vehicles that are representative of the 1970s. I realize that you are in Minnesota, but I am wondering if you know of any car clubs (or enthusiasts) in northern California who might have access to a Ford Pinto that we could borrow for the evening as an iconic car of the 1970s. I realize it is a long shot, but I thought it was worth trying. Any information you can provide about Pinto collectors in northern California would be much appreciated.
Thank you for your consideration.
