I have a 1978 Mustang II King Cobra...
Do you want to drive it to Dearborn next July?

Dick I west to the MustangII forums. I tried registering two weeks ago and haven't gotten a response yet.
My wife has a 1976 Mustang II. It is in very nice original condition. It is only the plain Jane non-fastback version.
The car is exactly like the first car she bought back in the day for $3250 brand new!
I finished most of the under-hood items and that shows well. In the spring I will be working on the suspension. But it should be moveable in July. We are located in the Detroit area. (We used to have 2 Pintos!)

Just so everyone knows the show I am talking about is the same Ford Employee car show the Stampede is going to.The main theme of the show is the 50Th anniversary of the Mustang. The person in charge is looking for MustangIIs,and asked for my help, as they seem the hardest to find.He is looking for every year 74-78, and variations, sedan , hatchback,Ghia, Cobra.
