Title: Are 2.0L head bolts re-usable?

I found the thread that establishes 2.3 head bolts can be re-used but how about the German 2.0L? I wanna replace the head gasket on mine before I install it but I need to be sure the stock head bolts are gonna be OK.

Yes, you can re use 2.0 head bolts.
