73 Pinto 2.0 automatic (pretty sure it's a c4, as a custom made 2-400 stall converter is installed in it)....
Can someone breakout the info on my rear tag... I understand the 3 40, the ratio I think, and 6.7 the type rear,
but no idea on the rest of the code.
It reads as follows: wgf-f 3cb
3 40 6.7 209a
209a is the code for the Sterling axle plant. 3cb is the date code of second week of March 1973. They don't code 'em by the day, only the week. it is the 6.7 with 3.40 gears.
