Will the Bell and fork from a 1984 svo work for a t-5(starts with e3) swap into my 1980 wagon? Or the 1979 mercury Capri bell(#presently unknown) that is presently on eBay? By work, I mean the least amount of fabrication possible.

yes it will work,,, even the stock clutch cable will work with it.
