'74 to '76 had big chrome steel bumpers, '77 & '78 had big aluminum ones & '79 & '80 had aluminum centers with rubber penguin flippers on the ends.

LOL, Yeah, I despise those god awful things. Ugliest thing Ford ever threw at the Pinto.

I like them, they work on the 79-80's but I have seen them spliced onto earlier cars....eh.
