was wondering if anyone knows where i could find a replacement weatherstrip for my 1978 all glass hatch or some type of substatute? thankyou :)

thankyou pintogirl :) i need all the help i can get cause even just finding a pinto in good shape is really getting hard to find! i was looking for a hatchback car like my very first car i ever owned when this one caught my eye on craigslist and i had to have it!even my friend that went with me to pick her up fell in love so we found him one and drove 600 miles (round trip)to get it and now in the process of putting a v8 in it! my first car was a 78 with a 302 that my dad built for me and had to let it go after 2yrs of driving her because it was not going to pass emissions but was not a full glass hatch like the car i have now and they make a seal for the one hatch car but not for the all glass hatch :'( my father works for a ford dealership and looked it up and said that seal for an all glass hatch is longer than for the other style hatch.and thankyou hotrod_man36 ill be callin you soon to see what you have to offer. i really love my pinto and i miss my first car every day cause thats how i learned to work on cars and i'm just happy to have another one again and will never let this one go!

i got one for a big body gm car door seal and it looked the same, its too long, but you can cut it to fit, works perfect, i got it at autozone
