I just purchased the front of the motor pully kit, belt tensioner, timing guide, belt etc, from Esslinger and was wondering how hard of a job is it to install.

If it is more than a bolt on application what should I look out for?

Should all just bolt on and its pretty straight forward. Did you get the round tooth timing setup or the sqaure tooth?
