my car is going to be synergy green like the special edition 2010 camero and has panels from a cruising wagon. Im thinking of doing the original cruising wagon 2 shapes with the one looping around the bubble window like this one has http://www.fordpinto.com/gallery/?sa=view;id=609 in black but do the marbolizer effect like this http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs175.snc1/6568_101165089898839_100000160453909_29849_4222229_n.jpg on them. I just want something up there to break up such a big area any ideas?
The marbolizer effect in that picture looks more like fiberglass to me, but I have never seen marblized automotive paint. What about a textured or matt type paint?
matt would be cool but i was hoping to clear over all of it. and im sure that is marbolizer. the way it looks just depends on what you use to do it(saran wrap, garbage bags,...ect)
I love my green wagon with green interior 8)
I'd stay with the design shown and make it more interesting, if you want to distract more. Paint the interior of the big panel with designs that are merged into the overall color and theme of your Pinto. I'm working on the method for red design with hidden skulls and fire on my black panels. OR, just copy the Poison Pinto graphics from the Hot Wheels, that would distract!
