Title: Looking For Seat Belt Anchor Covers
Post by: 80_2.3_ESS on June 02, 2011, 10:45:54 AM
Hello all,

I need some help! I was looking at the inside of my car the other day and noticed I was missing one of the covers that hide the anchor for the seat belt. I am talking about the anchor that mounts up top, for a shoulder belt.

I can't find them anywhere. I need one in black, but would prefer to find a pair in black as the one I have is kinda worn.

Does anybody know where I can find them?

I don't know for sure, but the best advice I can offer you is to check with Fred Morgan (on this site) - he is our official Pinto Parts Guru!

All Hail Fred Morgan! I know the 79-80 seatbelts are different than the 78 & prior years, so that narrows down the selection. Hopefully something will work though. Good luck at your search!

Matt: Do you want the metal part or the plastic overing it that sort of hinges over it. I can get you either one tomorrow as I make a final trip to the Pinto at Harrys. The interior is black. If you already have it, no problem!

Nope, don't have them yet, looking for the black plastic part that "hinges" over the metal part, the part that dresses up the anchor.

Let me know, thanks allot!
