I joined this forum and placed requests in the "Experts" area only to find out apparently no one here really knows anything about Pinto parts. What a lame place to look for Pinto information! Amazing!! I thought I would run across someone, anyone who actually knows something about Pinto specs...!!! First off, you didn't specify what rear is being used? Is it an 8 inch? Secondly, if you are any kind of mechanic, why don't you simply pull the axle and check for yourself? If the rear end you have found is the same as the one you have founf ie. 6.75 or 8" then yes you can use it. However the two will not interchange. Bye the way, love your way of trying to make friends and influence people-----especially with only four posts.

A little more info is always helpful.
