Need to narrow up the bumper and tuck it close to the body...would look really nice.

That gap between the bumper and quarter panel is ugly to say the least. Getting it within a 1/4" or so would look really good.

thanx folks for the brain stormin', im pretty much gettin the point here, i guess im gonna narrow the rear bumper.(as if i didnt have enuff poop to do on this car) and yea RSM, it would look alot better 1/4" er so from the quarter.

That's why I put 73 bumpers on my 74!.....but I like the idea of bringing them in and narrowing them like you plan to do. I have a 74 wagon to start late this summer with the big-butt chrome bumpers. I have a set of aluminums from a 77....maybe go that way....very cool

that does look real good..dont have time to do it before the stampede...we could maybe do it in a motel parking lot on the way????
