Well my pride and joy took a bit of a hit today.. :'( :accident:
Hit a truck from behind, Not really sure who is at fault, I guess both of us a little, I was looking off in the rear view a little too long and he was turning off but he kinda hit the signal immediately at the turn instead of before. Though everyone was alright, a traffic ticket and higher insurance is what's gonna hurt most. The damage to the car isn't too bad, just need to replace the hood, fender, grill and healight bezel.
This sucks!

So anyone got another 76 grill and headlight bezel? And possibly a driver side fender in good shape to sell me or r4Pinto since I already had a deal in the working with him on the spare I have?
Oh man, that is bad... You need that front fender more than I do. Mine is rusty but can be patched. Yours is wrecked. I wouldn't feel right buying it to replace one that has some rot to it, when yours is badly damaged. Thanks anyways & hope u find the rest of the parts besides the fender. ;D

Thanks man. I'm hoping someone will chime in with one to sell you, I really hate this happened. I can't believe the timing on this crap! I'd just got done tucking in the bumpers a couple days ago. :(
Not a problem. The way the bumper looks is pretty sharp, even though it was damaged. Looks nicer tucked. Good luck getting the other parts to fix her up. I'm sure I will get a fender one way or the other.

Looks Like your headlight bezels are with the aluminum insert? If so, I have a set I can let go. I have fenders, but need those to help clean up my car. Let me know if you are interested and I can dig them up.

That'd be great, Thanks. Only the LH side was damaged thankfully. What's really gonna zoop is finding another grill. This style was only available on 76 maybe 75 too I'm not sure.
Yeah... '76 was the only year that grille was used.
I'm sorry your car was crunched. Luckily the damage was minimal and no one was hurt. Hopefully she'll be raring to go before you know it. ;)
That is too bad! At least it is repairable. Would have really blown if it had bent the sub frame or messed up the front suspension on that side!
r4, I have plenty of left side fenders. Finding a box to ship it in could be a problem......can they go UPS? Anyone know?

ups yes
grayhound bus is alot cheaper maybe harder to find as well for it was 30 miles away but the price was less than half so i found a few other thing to do on the same trip.
