We were trying to tune up the Pinto and the vacuum was around 15`` at low rpm (a little to low to idle right) and went up to 19`` with a little extra throttle.But the rpms were way too high then,and cant get any in between. Does it sound like a vacuum leak,timing or what? If anyone has seen this please let me know.
The timing belt was replaced about a year ago and Im not sure if they may have set the timing off some or not.
