I'm finally ready to start my first project/fun car, and have my eye on a 1972 Pinto Wagon. Before I go take a look at it I was hoping to get some advice on what I should be on the lookout for.
Here is the ad listing http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/cto/2290453966.html
Got an email from the seller saying that there's 59277 miles on the odometer (but he's not sure how accurate that is) with a 4 speed manual tranny, some rust spots and it was originally a squire so it has some holes filled in with bondo from where the trim used to be.
I guess my main questions are where I should be especially on the lookout for rust or other body/frame issues, or if there's anything else I should be especially mindful of.
Thanks....and please no one ninja it out from under me ^_^
