Damn!! I think that possibly could have been my Dad!! He raced regularly at Lions and OCIR.
He bought a brand new 73 model Pinto, and immediately put on a small 4 barrel carb with Offenhouser intake, a header and larger side exit exhaust.
The car was brown just like that and had the mag wheels just like that!! :amazed:
That would really be nice if it is your Dad. Hit him up (if you can).

LOL...I showed him the video, and he said he just cant remember (he's in his 70's now....and that was nearly 40 years ago), but he said its possible.
He did say that it looked very similar to his!!

I was part of a 'club' up in the downey are in those years (early 70's) with about 20 or so pintos. Thought I might have recognized the name but if you guys were in oceanside I probably didn't know him. Still, it's cool!
