I'm not sure if this is where I should post this. At Pick-N-Pull 3230 E Jensen Ave
Fresno, CA 93706.
I saw a complete 78 wagon with 2.8 V-6 and weird variable venturi 2 BBL. Car had an 8" rear and power steering. Looked like it was all there.
While there I scored a complete set of 2.3 liter roller followers and lifters :)
Too bad I wasnt closer and already had the moey coming in from work this season! Always the right parts at the wrong times! LOL>
Seems like the majority of surviving Pintos are in California. Of course, back in the 80's, I bought a running, structurally solid 1957 Chevy two door hardtop (and took it back east to do a frame off resto) - for the HUGE sum of....... $800 ;D .
California is truly a treasure trove of automotive relics.

So is AZ lol, we have Desert Valley Auto Parts out here. they have a ton of old cars.
What's weird about this place is all the damn V-6 Pinto's I see here. I almost bought a 75 a few years ago. I have seen several at the local junk yards over the last few years. I know people on here are looking for 8" rears and other hard to find parts so I dutifully report em' when I see em'. I should have taken a pic...
I am soooo in the wrong area lol. Being in the rust belt nothing good is around. I need to get my butt to California for a parts run lol.
Bring a pick-up truck and I'll help you pull em' :)
