Title: How much difference is there?
Post by: tinkerman73 on March 04, 2011, 07:44:17 PM
How much difference is there between the pre 74 hoods and the 75-78 hoods? I am eyeing a fiberglass hood and would like to know If I would need to greatly change it, or change my fenders or what have not. I see some fenders offered for 71-74 and others 71-78. So this is why I bring up the question for clarification. If I sell my van tomorrow, I would like to be able to make a "educated" judgment on wether or not to buy the hood.  Thanks.

So the latch was different, but the hinges and body lines would have remained the same. So If I use hood pins, I would be set. Cool. Thanks.
