Title: Which year Mustang ll
Post by: Reeves1 on March 03, 2011, 06:59:09 PM
Which year(s) Mustang ll is it that is best used for parts in a V8 swap ?

Been reading the site lots and must have missed this ?

Or does it depend on the year of Pinto being used ?

First one will be a 76. (thinking of building two - haven't found #2 yet)

Thanks for the help !

I would say anyone that has a factory V8 in it.  I believe they are all the same from 75-78.  I do not think 74 had the V8 option.

From what wikipedia states, the engine bay was re-enginered in 1975 to accommodate a V8.
