Hello,
I just joined this site.
In 1979, I purchased my first car, a 72 Pinto coupe. I later wrecked it, because I was young and foolish.
Now, I'm nearly 50 and would like to take a nostagic ride back in time. I'm looking for another 71-73 coupe that I can purchase with the intention of a full restoration.
Now for the reason of this thread... As I search for the perfect car, I'm also aware that I may not know what features/options were available for the year and model of car I'm working with. For example, if I pick up a 71, is the door trim the same as a 72? You get the point. So, is there any place you can point me to track down all the details that I'll need to faithfully restore my car to factory specs?
Thanks,
Kevinwi
