Title: My Sedandelivery
Post by: sedandelivery on February 10, 2011, 12:48:21 PM
I just put photos of my sedandelivery on the phot section of the Pinto yahoo groups . I tried to post them here but they were too large. You can see there is no back seat and the cargo floor goes from the tailgate to right behind the front seats, and there is only half a headliner. On the tag on the door striker plate it says 'truck' where my other Pinto is says passenger.  Thanks for looking!

Next lesson....
Put your cursor over the picture in the bucket. A pop down will show up. Put your cursor over the bottom box of code. Left click and it will say "copied".
The go to a forum & in your reply, left click then right click and choose "paste" where you want the picture.
Put only one picture in each line, or they'll go side by each and make the page too wide.
Do it a time or two and it will come to you easy.

Here are your pictures....

Good pics!  In my long sheltered life   I hadn't seen the inside of a stock Pinto sedan delivery before. It looks remarkably like the inside of my '54 sedan delivery.

Interesting station wagon! It's cool to see what types of things were done to Pintos when they were new, and in modern recent photos!

If I were to guess the year, I would say 77-78 judging by the seat upholstery pattern on the driver's seat.

My Sedandelivery is a 1980 model. Reeves, thank you for the tutorial! I am the first non-commercial owner of this vehicle, look closely you can see the ghosts of the ads of the last owner in the paint, and the primered area is where they took the company name off. I have to get them repainted. Behind the seat it had a cage, and a screen over the rear window which are both missing. Other than that it is as it came from the factory other than it has had many repaints.  It runs well, I have a lot of 1980 parts which some I have used on it, door panels for example which i happened to have the same color! It needs carpet, dash pad, and seats . The hood has a few rust holes in it, but I have another '80 hood, and I replaced the grille and the front bumper with ones I took off of a junked Pinto in the 90's and they were the same, plain-jane type, so all in all it is coming around. When the snow melts I can get it out again. Thanks again guys!

I would like to add even though the front bumper was bent, the valence under it, the plastic one which is always broken is in pretty good shape. Who can figure?
