Title: Yelby is buying a 76 Pinto wagon
Post by: Yelby on January 29, 2011, 06:56:46 PM
 ;D I finally decided to own another Pinto.  I've owned a 73 sedan, a 75 sedan, and a 80 sedan, 77 Mustang and a 78 Mustang.

I love these cars because they are easy to work on / maintain and a hoot to drive.

I located a 76 wagon, 2.3L, automatic out in California.  I'm flying out in March.  I will perform what maintenance I can and the rest I'll have a shop attend to.  I'll head south and then head east through Arizona, New Mexico, Texas then head north along the Mississippi River to get back to southern Wisconsin.

It should prove to be quite the adventure/vacation.  I've allowed myself plenty of time for the trip.  I also have friends and relatives to visit in Arizona.  I suppose I should stop and say hello to Fred Morgan too!  He may just have a rear bumper for me.

No, it was not the copper one on Craigslist.  It was the light blue one that was listed here in the classifieds. 8)

I most likely have a bumper for you, and yes you should stop by.  Fred   :)
