I have a question about the wipers & don't know if it has been asked about.
On my 77 Pinto I notice the wipers on slow are like a slug & on fast is like the slow speed on my Malibu.
My question is should the wiper speed work really slow on the low speed & slow on the fast speed, or is the motor possibly going out?
