I do not know of an electronic version.  The ones I have are three pages and measure 28" x 17" so they are hard to copy or scan.  Some body from N.J. is advertising several copies on ebay.  Search on "1972 Ford Pinto wiring" in ebay motors.  The N.J. seller has several different prices and it is not obvious what the difference is (deserves a question to the seller).  If there is something specific, I can look it up for you.

I also have the large dealer wiring diagrams for my 72.  But you also can find wiring diagrams in the Chilton's Pinto books that come up on ebay on a regular basis.  They take up more pages but are still usable.

Let us know how you make out and if you need more help.  I have been working on and off for a few months on my 40 year old wiring trying to make this former drag car street legal.  Fun wow.
