Well, When ya get lemons, Make lemonade.
WhenThe wifes ride,(Another brand that she had to have), Went down.The conversation came around to who drives what. Since my son has fallen on some hard times he is in my pickem'up truck.
I have a stock '76 trunk that I have been driving to save gas. The '80 turbo hatchback was sitting while I tinkered with it to get it ready for the Carlise trip. We bought the '76 for her,It's a automatic. The '80 is a 5 speed. So we are taking turns on driving both of them.
She works at a gas station above the house. The looks we get when we she is working and I pull into the pumps with the other one.
She always asked me why it took me so long when I went to the store. Now she knows why.She says some one is always asking about the Pinto's.
Oh, Her car,(the other brand) It looks so good with the weeds growing up around it. The neighbors can't beleave that we are in no hurry to fix it. They just don't understand that it is so dang much fun driving the Pinto's.
