You shouldn't overlook certain Saab intercoolers. They're also largish and they have both outlets on the same side. This way you could run both pipes down the passenger side so that you don't need a rotated upper intake manifold or other whacky plumbing.

what im looking for is a 85 turbo coupe exact wireing diagram-

http://www.rothfam.com/svo/reference/85SVO-Thunderbird-Merkur.pdf (http://www.rothfam.com/svo/reference/85SVO-Thunderbird-Merkur.pdf)

i need to know how to baypass the egr-

you wont gain really anything by removing it but if you must its pretty straight forward just block it off

wire in a electric fan to come automatic-

use somthing like this http://www.jegs.com/i/Mr-Gasket/720/1992/10002/-1?parentProductI d=763733

as well as coolent  temp sensor back to the computer-

see wiring diagram

also if any body has info on how to route my fuel pump from the stock gas tank.  so that i can get the proper fuel
flow to the pump-
make a bracket to mount the pump too that will hold it close to the same height or lower then where the line comes off the tank if possible.
Or you can weld on a sump kit and this will help keep the motor from ever getting fuel starvation. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CEE-4041 (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CEE-4041)
plus then the pump can be mounted on the side of the tank and lower then it would be in the original position.

also what type of adjustable fuel regulator to use (return style or pressure side)- Well first off are you using the orginal fuel rail or custom/aftermarket? that being said if your using a stock rail http://www.jdsperformance.com/index.asp?initemuid=147&fcmd=item&inmake=0 (http://www.jdsperformance.com/index.asp?initemuid=147&fcmd=item&inmake=0) will work just fine.

hope some of that helps ya out im in the process of this same swap cept mines in a 78 bobcat all im lacking finishing up is installing a fuel cell and fuel pump.

Here is the Saab (not Volvo*) intercooler and the plumbing that I mocked up for it.

I need to get back to finishing up upgrading my Pinto XR4Ti into a Pinto SVO, but I'm having too much fun letting it slide and just driving the car around around. Can anybody recommend any good tube benders in the Omaha and Bluffs area?

*Although I have a spare Volvo IC that I would sell. (I hope that I just didn't kill the market....  :P  )

thank you for the insite i guess what i should have asked is how do i get the ecu to not throw a code for the egr becuase i removed it when i made  my intake

well from the looks of the wiring diagram the egr solenoid has a constant power too it and the ecu grounds through pin 35 so in theory i would think the wires could be wired together to get rid of the code for the egr solenoid.

You may want to add a resister that matches the impedence of the EGR solenoid so that you don't have a dead short and mess something up.

There is a few more questions about  some parts that I have like y does the idle speed actuator have 6 wires coming out of it  but the diagram only shows one in and one out also there is a sensor that is located under the intake that looks like it goes to either the oil cooler return or is a water temp sensor im really not sure  im looking some solid info that can help me
