Title: Pilot bearing
Post by: wedge446 on December 03, 2010, 03:39:34 PM
Anyone got measurements for the bearing/bushing to use a V8 T5 with the 2.3?
I have a lathe so I can make my own.

This link shows the different input shaft dimensions.

This company reportedly makes a pilot bushing for this application.  I could not find it on their site, so a phone call is needed.

Thanks for the web sites. I know they can be bought but I have some bearing bronze so why not make my own.
Besides, I enjoy making my own parts when I can.
