Title: Cosworth Pinto Update - Progress
Post by: cossiepinto on October 11, 2010, 08:50:45 AM
Finally got a weekend free, so I got some assembling done.

I put the fuel cell in and did some stuff on the inside.

For those following this project, you'll notice something new:  it's finally "rhino-lined" inside.

Take a look at the pics, if you like.

It was nice to have nothing else I needed to do more than work on the car (rare weekend!).

Cool! VERY NICE WORK!
Yah time is a scarce thing these days, almost as scarce as MONEY!!!
You either have one or the other!
Still, glad your plugging away at it.

Thanks, I posted another few pics more recently than these, but haven't done a thing since, except starting to make a grill for a friend at work.  So far, I've spent two precious Saturdays welding up the thing.  I sure hope he invites me over for some burgers/ribs!

I have enjoyed moving some of the parts stacked everywhere onto the car for the final time, however.  I can actually see the top of my workbench now, and some of the shelves are empty finally.  A few times, I had to spend a few minutes scratching my head, trying to remember what bolt went where!
