Just started watching TV series Dexter a couple of days ago. I found this quote...
Season 1, Episode 6: Return to sender.
Dexter: "Nothing lasts forever, just ask a Ford Pinto"
For those who are familiar with the DSC radio show (based in San Diego but heard world-wide! lol) there were two quotes concerning Pintos... Dave (the D in DSC) said a few weeks ago that he'd rather drive a Pinto than anytrhing British (a discussion with Chris Boyer concerning the Brit who hates American cars who hosts Top Gear) and last week Dave was talking to a caller who didn't tie his wife's suitcase down and lost it on the freeway. Daave said something to the effect of the wife's panties getting caught on thre grille of a Pinto. The shows are on podcasts so they're accessable.

Today's DSC had a mention again. Chris Boyer, the "Vega is a small Camaro" douche (lol) made mention of "an early Pinto" in reference to something burning from the back. I don't remember the precise subject but my ears perked up at the P word. ;D
