How hard is it to turn a sedan door into a wagon door by transplanting the window frame from one to the other? Has anybody here done?

 i have not done this but it appers to be spot welded  in place.

I would never try it for a street driven car. I doubt you could get them exactly where they need to be for the door to seal & weld cracking may occur over time. For a race car where it doesnt need to be perfect Id give it a shot.
